Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges


We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing. We kindly ask that you review product descriptions and sizing details carefully before making a purchase.


We do, however, accept returns or offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.


Faulty Items


If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at support@alamannah.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images of the item.


Our team will review your request and advise on the next steps.


Return Conditions


If your return is approved:

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition  

- All tags must be attached  

- Items must be returned in original packaging  

- Proof of purchase is required  


Sale Items


All items purchased during a sale or promotional period are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes items purchased using discount codes or marked as reduced.


This does not affect your rights in relation to items that are faulty or defective.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.  

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.


Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
